CUTTERS, PAPER, GUILLOTINE, HAND OPERATED
The General Services Administration has authorized the use of this commercial item description in preference to Military Specification MIL-C-43227.
1. CLASSIFICATION
1.1 Classification. This commercial item description covers manually operated paper cutters in the following types and sizes as specified (see 5.2):
Type I – Bench mounted model
Size 1 – 19 inch
Size 2 – 23 inch
Type II - Floor mounted model
Size 1 - 26-1/2 inch
1.2 CID based part identification number (PIN). A document based PIN to identify types and sizes are included in section 5. This identification numbering procedure is for Government purposes and does not constitute a requirement for the contractor.
